Hi, I'm Patty Wade, LMT, CT License #004589, and I specialize in neck, shoulder, and upper back discomfort. Many of my clients work at a computer all day and experience, neck stiffness, headaches, back pain, and nerve issues in their arms and hands. My passion is helping others to feel relaxed and less restricted in their movements as well as having a better understanding of the human body. I believe that if you understand how your everyday movements and postures contribute to how your body feels, you have the opportunity to make small changes that allow your body to feel better and your massage to be more effective. 

I spent 12 years working in a warehouse and experiencing pain, numbness and tingling in my forearms and hands to the point that during peak season, I would wake up in the middle of the night crying because they hurt so bad. 

I knew I needed to make a change but had no idea what that change would be. Then I had my first massage, and it changed my life in the most amazing way possible. I remember sitting in the car after that first massage knowing that what I wanted to do with the rest of my life, was to help others feel as amazing as I was feeling in that moment. So, I sat there for a while pulling it together, and then I went home and began planning how I was going to go back to school to learn the skills I needed to do just that. 

Now, I have spent the past 18 years on a mission to bring relaxation and relief of pain and muscle restrictions to as many people as I can. I can honestly say that even on my worst day, I have never regretted the decision I made while sitting in my car. I love my work, and I love my clients. I get great joy as I watch someone come out of their massage looking like they are floating on a cloud and telling me that they feel amazing. I often hear that they feel lighter and freer. I love watching people demonstrate how they can now turn their head, open their arms wide, or reach above their head in a way they couldn't due when they came in.
