As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Energy work practitioner, and yoga instructor, she’s your go-to for everything from prenatal massage to reiki, energy work, functional yoga stretching, and therapeutic massage.

Jennifer is passionate about helping clients reclaim their wellness and reduce pain. Whether it’s neck, low back, or shoulder discomfort, recovery from surgery, lingering from long hours at a desk, or post-injury struggles, each session is focused on addressing your over-all wellbeing.  Muscular imbalances and activities of daily living are addressed and worked on, relaxing tired and overstressed muscles, and bringing your body back to its natural, balanced, healthy, and flexible state. Jennifer has worked extensively with clients who have been injured, are in chronic or acute pain, and desire to reduce and alleviate those elements.

Jennifer is amazing at working out the kinks without causing the typical pain you get when a therapist works deeply into a knotted muscle. I dont know how she does it, but she is VERY good. She’s also very intuitive, informative and cares about your overall health. I’d highly recommend her!
