If I had to pick, I would say my personal favorite is to give a massage that is structurally based, but still mentally relaxing. I like to incorporate a blend of clinical modalities, like neuromuscular and Myofascial Release, with relaxing Swedish techniques and gentle stretching when and where appropriate.
Consistent massage therapy treatments can greatly improve overall wellness, but through my own health struggles, I learned the tremendous importance of finding balance in one's life. In 2012, I began incorporating Holistic Health Coaching into my practice with the hope of helping others on their journeys to better health.
