Hi, my name is Lauren and I am massage therapist for 8 years and current esthetics student. My massage goal is to deliver optimal stress relief and body confidence. I graduated from Irene's Myomassology Institute (Southfield, MI) in 2012 where I completed over 625 hours of training and experience with: Swedish & Relaxtion massage, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Chair Massage and Therapeutic Sports massage With a desire to broaden my knowledge and experience I further studied deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, pre-natal massage  and aromatherapy blending.
