I completed the Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness’ Massage Therapy program in January of 2019. I enjoy massage as well as instructing for Dr. Jeffrey Montoya and his Massage Therapy program at the Academy of Health, West Allis campus. I keep busy outside of work and instructing with 4 kids and various hobbies. The Massage modalities I’ve had extensive training in are pre/ postpartum, lymphatic drainage, oncology, cupping and other tools to manipulate the soft tissue of the body.

I appreciate the medical/scientific benefits of massage - as relayed by Eric. The fact that he is trained in the lymphatic aspects of massage is a bonus for Eau Claire. I also like the location, the ambience, and the music played. I have already told friends about his expertise!

I explained a couple of problems I was having with my shoulder and mid back and Eric did a great job of relieving my discomfort. He explained what was happening with the muscles, and how he was fixing the bound up fibers . He was friendly, but very professional which I appreciate very much. I definitely hope to see him again soon to fully fix my shoulder and lower back trouble spots and also to leave feeling fully relaxed again!
