Pregnancy Massage

Working on mommy's to be is so fun for me. It is such an exciting time with so many Changes. Their body's are changing at very fast speed to acomidate the growing little one. Ligaments are stretching and loosening, bones are moving and not to mention the weight of carrying around a growing baby out in front takes it's toll on the body. So getting a Massage during pregnancy is so very important and there is a lot to keep in mind when it comes to safety and comfort. During the first trimester massage can help alleviate headaches, help with morning sickness and reduce fatigue. In the second & third trimester symptoms commonly treated are back aches, hip pain, leg cramps and rib pain. The physical benefits of massage durring this time for both mommy and baby are undeniable. Being a momma of 3 I could not have survived without both massage therapy and chiropractic care durring my pregnancies.
