As soon as I graduate, I went to Portland to attend a workshop through Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (AOBT). Since then, I've realized that it truly is "the deepest most luxurious massage on the planet."

Going in to see Hilary is something I look forward to every month. This is a wonderful thing to do for yourself for awesome self care. Hilary is amazingly professional and very good at what she does. She always changes thing up a bit so it’s not the same old thing. I wish I had the time and money to see her weekly.
