I am a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences and also a graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Withlacoochee Technical College in Inverness, FL. 


I take a more clinical approach to massage to address new or old injuries, chronic pain, stress, postural imbalances, and range of motion restrictions to name a few. That is why I use methods from Therapeutic massage, Medical massage, and Sports massage along with stretching to get results and reach client goals. There is no "one-massage-fits-all" session. I currently own and operate Winding Waters Massage LLC which brings mobile massage therapy to residents of Hernando and Citrus counties. 

I enjoy working with my hands and my hobbies include working in my veggie garden, cycling, swimming, hiking, and traveling to new places.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the amount of skill and medical knowledge that Emily has. The massage was great and since it was my first session we carefully worked into it as I had not had one for a long time and I have a complicated.medical history to deal with which was not a problem. Ms. Attard is the must knowable and professional masseur I have ever worked known. She keeps through records of previous visits and knows exactly what areas to work on and why they might be painful. She always asks for your input and will provide you with exercise tips. Great Person!
