I am a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences and also a graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Withlacoochee Technical College in Inverness, FL. 


I take a more clinical approach to massage to address new or old injuries, chronic pain, stress, postural imbalances, and range of motion restrictions to name a few. That is why I use methods from Therapeutic massage, Medical massage, and Sports massage along with stretching to get results and reach client goals. There is no "one-massage-fits-all" session. I currently own and operate Winding Waters Massage LLC which brings mobile massage therapy to residents of Hernando and Citrus counties. 

I enjoy working with my hands and my hobbies include working in my veggie garden, cycling, swimming, hiking, and traveling to new places.

When my orthopedic surgeon recommended massage therapy being added to my “routine care”, I wanted to reach out to miss Emily as she was just very considerate of the fact I get very nervous having people touch me and I had met her while I was working. Thank you for being so compassionate and mindful! My shoulders and neck feel amazing almost a full day after my session and the stretches are not too much for my body to handle.
