I was an avid gymnast, cheerleader, soccer player, and overall crazy child who grew up into an adult who loves fitness, kayaking, and martial arts. I had an issue with my neck and shoulder recently. Josie had availability in her schedule so I took the chance of going to someone new. She did not disappoint. Thanks to Josie my neck and shoulder are much better. Would recommend her to anyone and will be back for maintenance massages.

I absolutely enjoyed my orthopedic massage so much. I have had such pain for so long and have had countless massages at other places but they never helped as much as Josie did. She did an awesome job and I am definitely planning on going back very soon!
