I was an avid gymnast, cheerleader, soccer player, and overall crazy child who grew up into an adult who loves fitness, kayaking, and martial arts. I started to feel pain and muscle tightness relief in several of my bruised sore areas from a recent fall after my massage by Josie. I especially liked the warm towel under my neck for the final frontal massage...very relaxing.

Overall, the massages I received was mostly effective in address problematic areas. The therapist’s technique was somewhat superficial and quickly, leaving an area feeling unresolved or barely affected more so than not. The therapist did identify the main two problematic areas I arrived with and on a scale 1-5, 5 being resolved. I felt that the therapy I received to those specific areas was a 3/4 experiencing relief upon leaving the office .

I really enjoyed my 60 minute Swedish massage. Everything was perfect-the room temperature, music, scents, and oils. I will definitely be going back and referring to friends, and family.

Easy booking, affordable, great environment. The massage was fantastic, and I’ll definitely book again. Therapist is very knowledgeable in her craft. I had an orthopedic massage w/ cupping.
