I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified personal trainer.  I earned my Massage Therapy license in 2011 and have practiced massage therapy at Massage Heights in Friends wood, for 8 months, before branching out into private practice. I am well trained and practiced in Therapeutic Massage with certified modalities that include: Deep Tissue, Low Back Pain, Swedish, Reflexology, Prenatal and Pregnancy, Deep Muscle Therapy, and Hot Stone Therapy.

I have been a certified trainer for 2 years but I have lived a life of fitness and weight training for over 20 years. In the early 2000s to 2007 I trained in MMA and from 2011 through 2013 introduced myself to CrossFit.  I am proud to run a private studio with my wife, who is also a certified trainer.  We are small but dedicated to our clients.  We are team of 2 trainers and 2 massage therapists.  We have located ourselves inside a well established Physical Therapy clinic that has served the Webster area for over 30 years. The knowledge of the body and how to care and treat muscles is what we do best in our facility.  You are in great hands when you step foot inside SPW Center and Advantage Physical Therapists. 

The lifestyle we teach in our studio and clinic is the lifestyle we live everyday in and out of the studio.  Our daughter is taught the same healthy lifestyle principles and habits as our clients.  I love my work! We love what we do.  We strive to help you COMMIT TO A BETTER LIFESTYLE!
