I have been practicing massage therapy since 1999 when I graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY. Over almost two decades of practicing massage, my skill set has naturally evolved. Though I do a great deep tissue massage- especially with neck and shoulder muscles- I believe the greatest gift I offer my clients is an opportunity for authentic connection. For years I struggled with obesity and addiction, living as an active alcoholic weighing almost 300 pounds. Recovery has been a long journey with many ups and downs, and I continue to learn and become better each day. I have developed a great passion for fitness and health and I love to share that enthusiasm with others.

My past struggles have offered me opportunities to grow spiritually and emotionally, and sharing my experiences with others has become the main purpose of my journey.  That manifests in many ways -writing my memoir, developing and facilitating personal growth workshops and talking with you when you come in for your sessions!  I’d be honored to have the opportunity to work with you.

Made the drive across rochester to see Jen and I will definitely do it again! I don’t think I’ve ever had a massage that made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! If I could book Jen everyday I would!!! Thank you again Jen.

I was pretty disappointed with my massage unfortunately. As soon as I got there I was told that if she got a video call from her son she would be taking it. As far as the massage goes I told her that certain spots hurt to massage and she massaged them anyway and it hurt really bad and I had to tell her to stop. I was definitely not relaxed after the massage and I was in pain. Also, the room was in a building with counselors and they were in the hallway talking loudly and it was very disturbing.
