I have been practicing massage therapy since 1999 when I graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY. Over almost two decades of practicing massage, my skill set has naturally evolved. Though I do a great deep tissue massage- especially with neck and shoulder muscles- I believe the greatest gift I offer my clients is an opportunity for authentic connection. For years I struggled with obesity and addiction, living as an active alcoholic weighing almost 300 pounds. Recovery has been a long journey with many ups and downs, and I continue to learn and become better each day. I have developed a great passion for fitness and health and I love to share that enthusiasm with others.

My past struggles have offered me opportunities to grow spiritually and emotionally, and sharing my experiences with others has become the main purpose of my journey.  That manifests in many ways -writing my memoir, developing and facilitating personal growth workshops and talking with you when you come in for your sessions!  I’d be honored to have the opportunity to work with you.

I’ve been having pain in my lower back that radiates down my left leg. I knew there was a tight muscle that was causing it but I couldn’t stretch it out on my own. I found Jen on an Internet search and she did a great job to get me feeling no pain, and still had time in the hour to get the rest of my body loosened. I would recommend her as she has just earned a repeat customer in me.
