I have worked with Professional, college and high school athletes across many sports, expecting mums, the elderly and your every day client in need of pain and stress relief. HHSTM massages are customized to each client's individual needs incorporating the use of a variety of massage modalities and stretching techniques to achieve optimum and lasting results. HHSTM focuses on offering services that aid in pain and stress management, injury prevention and rehabilitation, relaxation, sports performance and overall health and wellness maintenance.
