I started out as an esthetician and found myself completely engaged during the facial massage portion of my skin treatments.  So much in fact that I decided to embrace this passion and return to school for massage therapy.  I became enamored with the healing art of massage and began incorporating new techniques into my skin care practice.  I now practice both esthetics and rehabilitative massage therapy, as I feel that they complement each other very well.

I started out as an esthetician and found myself completely engaged during the facial massage portion of my skin treatments.  So much in fact that I decided to embrace this passion and return to school for massage therapy.  I became enamored with the healing art of massage and began incorporating new techniques into my skin care practice.  I now practice both esthetics and rehabilitative massage therapy, as I feel that they complement each other very well.

I now work with a chiropractor three days a week where we therapeutically treat chronic pain patients who have been involved in accidents or have other health issues.  It is my belief that through soft tissue manipulation via massage therapy, a therapeutic touch can allow a patient to feel well enough to reduce or even discontinue prescription pain medications and manage their health with hands-on healing.

In addition to therapeutic massage, I also practice general Swedish relaxation massage and bodywork.  I do skin care consultations and facials to include enzyme and chemical peels, masks, etc. and back treatments as well.  I also perform Shirodhara treatments, one of my favorite therapies!
