I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology  from West Chester University and a Master of Social Work from Temple University. After working in the mental health  field for several years, I understand the connection between mind, body and & soul.  I learned how our bodies carry memories from trauma or stressful events, which can manifest in physical ailments. I began to teach my clients coping skills, which included mindfulness strategies. In 2017, I began my education for massage therapy, bodywork, and energy work.  I studied at Academy of Massage Therapy and Bodyworks in Pottstown, PA where I learned various modalities which I use in my current practice. Today, my main focus is helping others from a holistic, trauma-informed perspective by combining my past work with my current bodywork therapies. In addition to operating Holistic Healing Massage and Reiki in Wayne,  PA, I am a psychotherapist for Lower Merion Counseling Services in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Hands down, Angelique gives the best massage I've ever had. I love her blend of techniques. Before each appointment she talks to you and asks about what's been going on, stress levels, pain, etc. I tell my friends about her all of the time.
