Carolina obtained her B.S. in Microbiology from Colegio mayor de Cundinamarca with a postgraduate training in medical Microbiology in Bogota, Colombia. After working in clinical practice for several years she joined Bayer Healthcare where she had roles of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing before moving to Germany. After moving to the US she graduated with an LMT from School of Muscle Therapy, Cortiva Institute. She also is a certified Personal trainer and Fitness Instructor from AFAA/NASM as well as a Pilates and dance instructor. Her LMT certifications include Orthopedic Medical Massage, Myosqueletal Alignment Therapy, Sport Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Pre Natal Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish and Thai Massage among others. Carolina is committed to establish a functional balance for a variety of musculoskeletal misalignments, chronic pain conditions and sport injuries by using a synergy of many disciplines and modalities integrated together allowing to treat each person in a truly individualized manner.
