I've been a massage therapist for 14 years, I attended a 900 hour program at The Heritage Institute in Jacksonville Florida. I have always liked to take care of people and be supportive and help them in any way that I can.

I went to massage school honestly on a whim thanks to a T.V. commercial,  It just felt right when I visited the school and I went with my gut so to speak. I absolutely love what I do everyday.

I learned many modalities during my program. Swedish, Deep tissue, neuromuscular, Pre-natal, reflexology. I have done numerous continuing education courses. I am usually sought out for my deep tissue and neuromuscular work.

 I help my clients with many issues from daily stress and tension to chronic pain conditions. I strive to show my clients the value of focusing on their overall wellness, I share my knowledge on different types of  diet, exercise, stretching, mediation, ultimately  massage is my role in their wellness.

 I work by appointment only, I am very blessed to have a great clientele' which keeps me busy and unavailable for walk-ins.

I am a single mom with 3 boys who are the center of my universe, they definitely keep me busy and on my toes. We enjoy beach days and watching movies, taking pictures, spending time outside doing whatever tickles our fancy.
