I opened my first Massage business; Body & Soul: Massage Therapy and Wellness in Antigo, Wi in February of 2017.  Ironically, after deciding to move to Wausau Wi in 2025, I found there was another massage business by that name, and that is when I decided on my new name "Remedy Massage". I love the word remedy, which means "A medicine or treatment that cures or relieves" because that is exactly what I've found massage to be. After suffering a broken back at the age of 12, by the time I was in my 30's I lived in chronic pain. A friend recommended massage therapy, and it changed my life. It was my remedy. I wanted to give that gift to others, and so I became an LMT. It is one of the BEST decisions I've made. It is an honor and privilege to help people relieve pain and bring healing to their body and soul. I do not do ‘One size fits all’. I use a variety of modalities as I go along, being intuitive to what I’m finding. I promise to listen to what you need, and do my best to give you the massage that you came in for. I will honor your time with quiet.
