Awaken to the light of your own true nature! My vision is to be in service to the people of this world. My goal is to assist them in making positive adjustments in their lives and to their beings, so as to improve this life experience for all. For what is done for one, benefits the whole. I spent 22 years in the illness business, and came to the realization that I could do so much for humanity if I could just get my hands on people before they got sick. Health and wellness, two terms widely used yet greatly ignored, is a life process. It sounds daunting but it doesn’t have to be. It starts with the choices we make on a moment to moment, day to day basis. As simple as taking a moment to stretch from head to toe before plunging out of bed in the morning and running headlong into our own personal chaos. Then taking that moment to breathe, from deep within the core of our being and ultimately coming to the realization that the chaos isn't necessary, it is not part of who we are. Health and wellness is the food we choose to put on our forks and into the most sacred of vessels, you. It includes the beliefs that we have cultivated in this lifetime, and how they affect our physical selves. My journey has been one of self discovery and growth and I wish to share what I have learned along the way with all who are willing and ready to join me.
