Karmen is a 2011 graduate of Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School located in Urbandale, Iowa.  Karmen completed a 775 hour certification program where she practiced the following massage modalities:

  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Myofascial Therapy
  • Pulsing and Rebalancing
  • Jin Shin Do
  • Shiatsu

Karmen also specializes in Pre and Post Natal Massage.
