I am exited to have been working as a licensed massage therapist in Sebring, Fl. for over 4 years! I received my initial education and training in Massage Therapy at Ridge Career Center in Winter Haven, FL. During that time I completed the MBLEX and graduated as part of the National Honor Society in May of 2013. I received my license from the Florida Department of Health, Board of Therapeutic Massage Therapy, and I am a certified member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Since obtaining my massage license, I have continued my education by receiving additional certifications in Hot Stone Massage, Therapeutic Cupping/Detox Massage, Swe-Thai Massage , and Sports Massage with assisted stretching. I also have education in Personal Training that I integrate into much of my work.



It is my joy as a therapist to assist my clients in finding relief from minor aches and pains, as well as alleviating chronic, repetitive issues. I work everyday to restore the intricate balance of the body's soft tissue and its close relationship along with the nervous system through the art and science of massage. In my work, and in my life, I try to always treat others as I would wish to be treated, and I think this philosophy allows me to connect more closely with my clients needs. As I continue to learn and grow as a therapist, I look forward to you letting me help change the way you feel.
