I have been practicing massage since 2006, while in the midst of getting my A.A.S. degree in Massage Therapy from Rasmussen College in Mankato, Minnesota. In 2009, I became certified in MotherMassage, which is massage for prenatal and post-natal women. I love working on pregnant clients because it lets me be more creative in my work, due to the different challenges it can provide. I do have special cushions that my pregnant and nursing clients LOVE to lie on! The Body Cushion system helps a client lie on their stomach, with recesses cut out for a growing pregnant belly and breasts. I will sometimes use them in other massage sessions, too, because they help relieve compression on the lumbar vertebrae.

Stefanie knows where my knots are and I never feel sore the next day. She always asks if I am comfortable. I would go to her everyday if I could. Stefanie has the skills and kindness that make her a fantastic massage therapist.
