Your body holds deep wisdom ~ Trust in it ~ Learn from it ~ Nourish it

With over a decade of experience, I have been working with clients professionally since 2005.  I graduated from East West Healing Arts Institute in Madison, WI, as a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in both Eastern (Acupressure, Chinese Therapeutic Massage and Cupping) and Western (Swedish, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Release) modalities.  My bodywork "style" is gentle, yet specific and acutely directed where needed (tightness, muscle knots, tissue adhesions and stagnation).  Session...

Sessions are healing, relaxing and therapeutic.

I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life.  Therapeutic sessions are customized to your body and needs.  My intention for each and every client is to help you find that space where you can truly feel at ease and at peace. Everyone of us holds mental, emotional and physical stress in our body. My job is to support you in letting it go.

Roots, Education & Experience:

I worked in a clinical pain management setting, mentoring with Dr.XiPing Zhou, O.M.D, providing medical massage to patients for two years following graduation.  I founded and managed Sacred Rhythms Wellness Center in Madison from 2005 - 2016, until I moved to the Lake Mills area to start a sustainable vegetable farm with my husband.  I restructured the Wellness Center in 2016, which is now managed by a collective of independent healthcare practitioners (myself included) as the Madison Healers Cooperative.  Our family farm, Urban Gourmet, is flourishing.  Since my appointment schedule for Massage ebbs and flows, I find it works quite well with the ebb and flow of the farm season.

Over the years I've continued my education, holding certifications in Aromatherapy and Reiki in addition to 250 certified hours in Nutrition and 350 hours in Herbal Foraging.
