Jennifer was inspired to become a Massage Therapist because Massage Therapy was, and still is, a big part of her healthcare maintenance program. In a nutshell, after experiencing health problems of her own that caused her to go from a very active lifestyle to being on disability, she finally found the amazing healing benefits of the combination of Acupuncture, Chiropractic (combined with kinesiology) and Massage Therapy. She was able to get off of disability and regain a healthy and very active lifestyle! She has been enjoying sharing her knowledge of self care and providing the best possible Therapeutic Massages she can for her clients since graduating from Oakland County Community College with her Applied Science/Massage Therapy and Business Administration Associate Degrees. As of January 2017, Jennifer is now a certified AcuDetox Specialist (ADS) and is currently furthering her education in Ayurvedic Medicine and studying medical acupuncture at Blue Heron Academy, as well as following the apprenticeship path towards becoming a licensed TCM (Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioner).  She is experienced in Tui Na Chinese Acupressure techniques, as well as, reflexology, aromatherapy, and sports massage therapy. She also received her Reiki level II attunement this year. She loves to not only continue her own education but to also empower and educate her clients so that they may enjoy longer lasting benefits from the bodywork sessions she provides. 
My private and colorful office is located in a quiet, off the main road but easily accessible office building in Waterford, MI where I have been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 years. Every Massage or Bodywork session with me is customized to fit your specific needs, whether you need the benefits of therapeutic and stress relieving pure relaxation or the deep muscle relieving techniques of acupressure and/or reflexology, we will work together to help you achieve your bodywork goals. I am trained in traditional Swedish Therapeutic Massage techniques, as well as Chinese Acupressure (Tuina) and Reflexology.  I am also a level II Reiki Energy Worker, and Licensed and Insured AcuDetox Specialist to help aid people in smoking cessation.
