I have been doing on site chair massage for Local Companies such as Green Mountain Coffee Roasters and National life Insurance for several years and have a vendor's booth at my local Farmers Market weekly, May through October.

Myofascial Release

Workshops with John Barnes. Myofascial Techniques for upper and lower body.

Active Isolated Stretching

Completed an A.I.S. workshop with Aaron Mattes, creator of A.I.S. Attended and completed further training with Ben Benjamin. Volunteered at Aaron Mattes clinic for several sessions to shadow Aaron Mattes while he worked on clients.
