Since I was young, I've enjoyed giving massage to my family and always thought I'd work in the profession. With great joy, I completed a 600 hour massage training program at Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, North Carolina.

My massage style is deeply relaxing and nourishing, guided by the intention of restoring health naturally, to bring optimum functioning to the body and mind. I use a balance of firm and soft pressure to move in and out of muscle bellies, spending extra time in areas of need. I particularly enjoy integrating thermotherapy (using heat), aromatherapy and reflexology.

With a foundation built upon natural health, movement based practices, meditation and relationship with nature, I wish to help others achieve a deep awareness of inner peace and balance, and in by doing so, uplift my clients and support their healing of physical and emotional trauma.
