I graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute in 2011 where I received training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Active Isolated Stretching and Neuromuscular Stretching. I kept myself updated studying Plantar Reflexology, Reiki, Trager Approach and Neuromuscular Technique. I have taught at PMTI. I am a Certified Personal Trainer specialized Corrective Exercises (NASM) and am trained in Watsu (water based shiatsu). In Europe I am a Certified Hydrokinesiologist. I have over 20 years experience in bodywork with athletes, children, the elderly and the disabled. I have worked in the field of Psychomotricity which is based on a notion of the unity between the body and mind, and is concerned with the integration of the mind, body, and spirit.

I use my knowledge and experience to tailor each session to the physical and emotional needs of my clients. My goal is to provide a professional, relaxing and peaceful experience. I am fluent in Italian, French and Spanish.
