The desire to attend massage therapy school arose in 2012 after committing to a six month intensive meditation schedule. This included Kundalini Yoga/Meditation from 4am-7am and then 9pm-11pm daily. I graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2013, where I had some amazing and very knowledgeable instructors. From the school experience I realized that the more I help others, the better I feel and the more people I can help. My strengths as a therapist are deep tissue, structural bodywork, reflexology, and cranial sacral. From my experience with meditation, I know that imbalances in the body begin on the energetic level and over time manifest into a physical/mental disorder. Along with yoga/meditation, I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, guitar, and cooking.
