Sports Massage

I have certified in several continuing education classes for sports massage, geared towards addressing the specific needs of athletes. i work with a large clientele of marathon runners and tri-athletes, as well as the more casual jogger, biker, etc.

Pre and Post Natal Massage

I was certified for Pre and Post Natal Massage in 2010. Since then I have logged hundreds of hours working with expectant and new mothers, and learning about their specific and special massage needs during this most exciting time of their lives!

Energeic Modalties

I have previously trained in Reiki, Johrei,and Healing Touch International. Through my own healing process and inner work conducted over a period of 20 years, and with an international group for 9 years, I have embodied a Full Spectrum Energy. This energy is present in every session, and is an intelligent energy that assists clients in healing on not only the physical level, but also the emotional and mental levels of their being, which frequently are the source for physical dysfunctions in the body. The energy is present for the client to partake of IF THEY SO CHOOSE. It is not invasive and must be allowed by the recipient.

A massage from Audrey is always great. She talks to you before each massage to find out if there's anything specific she should focus on, and even what your mood is that day and anything that would enhance your massage therapy. She'll almost always find a spot you didn't even know was tight and relaxes the tension. —MG

Audrey is great! I've gotten a massage from her a couple of times and she always takes the time to review elements of my life that impact my muscles and body aches. I appreciate this because it customizes the massage to fit my life and needs. Audrey never makes me feel rushed and she always checks in to make sure I'm feeling OK, which I very much appreciate. In addition to her excellent massage skills, she's a wonderful person and I appreciate getting to talk to her when I go in. I highly recommend Audrey!
