My name is Angela Michael and I am a licensed massage therapist, certified cupping specialist and registered nurse. Over the last 20 plus years of practicing bodywork in a variety of theatres, I have come to realize just how important adding consistent, evidence based practices to ones routine is to overall health. My passions for self care, body work, travel and cultural knowledge have always meant constant immersion in different types of body work across the globe, while my responsibility to each client having an enjoyable and safe experience has meant that I also only employ evidence based therapies in my practice.
