She explains the different methods and how the method they follow is scientifically proven to produce results and then she practices the healing and produces results. The pain relief is real.

Sonia’s ability to get to the root of my aches and pains never ceases to amaze me.

Customize treatment for me and take into account each time I compared as to what my concern is and treated that. Most times the pain was stemming from another area and that is what they diagnose and then treat accordingly

Sonia is very skilled and really knows her craft! She is able to detect precisely what kind of treatment you need and she knows how to address all your issues. If you are looking for a massage therapist, there are none better than Sonia and the other therapists at Walker's Touch. I highly recommend Walker's Touch!

Sonia is great at what she does. She is very professional and informative on what she knows about her massages. I went in for post-op Lymphatic Drainage and she has answered all my questions and concerns on this practice. She has also reassured me that I am on the right track to healing. Every session has been calm and she has taken great care to ensure my whole body is relaxed and tension free by the time I leave. Sonia has also taken care of my long-time accumulated neck pain, migraines, and shoulder tension. So not only is my swelling reducing with each visit, my lifelong issues are getting treated and they work! I have had significantly less migrianes, tension and pain in my shoulder, neck and head. If only I knew about this earlier on I would have suffered less. 100% recommended!

I started working with Sonia due to lower lumbar issues before and now after spine surgery. Not only is this working to heal my body and bring me back to me, I'm also learning a lot about the lymphatic system and how to fend off inflammation. I find working out a bit easier along with weight loss.
