I broke my back in 2014 and admit that I have been a bit rough on my body throughout the years. Multiple injuries and my active lifestyle have taken a toll on my body, which has led to chronic pain in multiple areas. Amy took the time to listen to my concerns and frustrations regarding my pain and issues, explained in detail what her treatment method and approach would be, and followed through with what seemed to be very technical and intentional massage techniques. I woke up the next day with a solid night's sleep, which I struggle to have these days, and felt major improvements in my shoulders, hips, and lower back. After putting together a treatment plan, I have hope for a better quality of life with continued treatment. Did I mention the atmosphere was divine?! Thanks, Amy!

Excellent overall vibe. Would certainly recommend. Just enough focus on problem areas and also adjacent areas. Could feel good results right away and following days.
