Allison is so knowledgeable and professional when it comes to these services. She performed the manual lymphatic drainage massage on me, followed up with how I can manage this on my own at home before my next massage, as well as providing me with an understanding of the lymphatic system as a whole and how important it is that this works properly within our bodies.

Allison is awesome. I’m glad that I was finally able make my way out to her for a manual lymphatic drainage session. As someone with auto immune issues, I get swollen sometimes and it can be exhausting. She helped me not only relax my mind and body but also helped me feel less inflamed. My jawline looks less puffy which is so nice too! Allison knows her stuff and took a great amount of time before and after the session to explain everything to me, and I so appreciate that.
