Allison is awesome. I’m glad that I was finally able make my way out to her for a manual lymphatic drainage session. As someone with auto immune issues, I get swollen sometimes and it can be exhausting. She helped me not only relax my mind and body but also helped me feel less inflamed. My jawline looks less puffy which is so nice too! Allison knows her stuff and took a great amount of time before and after the session to explain everything to me, and I so appreciate that. This was my first lymphatic drainage massage , I will a little nervous going in. Allison explained the service in detail and told me what to expect. My nerves went away right after that. Allison was gentle , and super professional and knowledgeable. The space was beautiful, serene, and extremely clean. I will be making this a regular service for myself and going back in a few weeks. I highly recommend Well Kneeded Massage.
