I love the mysteries and the intricacies of the Human Body !  As a Massage Practitioner, I have been blessed to have worked in the holistic health field for over 2 decades and truly value being a healing facilitator.   I enjoy empowering clients to listen to their body, and offering them a safe, calm and nurturing atmosphere in which to support their individual healing process.

My specialty is Vibrational Sound Therapy(VST).  The subtle vibrations and sounds of the therapeutic grade Himalayan Singing Bowls help entrain brain waves into a deeply relaxed state.  It is here where healing, on many levels, can take place.  Creating a unique and personalized experience for my clients is essential.   Whether it is a VST session or VST plus a sprinkle of  other subtle modalities such as, Amino Neuro Frequency, Reiki, CranioSacral, Therapeutic Touch, or Cupping, it is always unmistakably special.

Salt Lake Olympics 2002 - Sports Massage Team

Sports Massage Specialist, and a member of the AMTA National Sports Massage Team with over 200 hours dedicated to Sports injury treatment, pre-post event and maintenance techniques. 300 Massage Therapists were chosen from 10,000 applicants and I was fortunate to be one of them. Working in the Olympic village will always be a special memory for me. I was also chosen to work the Special Olympics games ... amazing time!

Continuing Education has been exciting for me from the moment I graduated Massage School ~ from Pregnancy Massage classes to Cadaver Anatomy ~ I love it all. I always get above and beyond the required hours needed for licensing. I specialize in Vibrational Sound Therapy : an amazing holistic healing modality utilizing therapeutic singing bowls to encourage mindful, intentional healing thru breathing and relaxation...so simple and gentle, yet profound. Add a companion therapy such as Reiki, Craniosacral, Therapeutic Touch, or Cupping for an even deeper connection to the targeted physical, emotional, and esoteric systems. Building upon the importance of vibration in our world, is my newest offering of Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy, a cutting edge treatment for sleep issues, pain, and/or stress relief. Many times the results come within minutes.
