How lucky am I to have my own business doing what I love to do. I was introduced to therapeutic massage in the 1990's after some sports injuries and then a car accident. Little did I know it would years later spark a career for me. I believe that all massage is theapeutic in nature. To that end I utilize many different massage techniques into one ecclectic massage that is targeted to what the body needs that day.

Knot Therapy is just that. All your knots and muscle aches are massaged out. Best massage I’ve ever had. You can have massage light & relaxing or you can have a very therapeutic massage to work on specific areas. I’ve had both & they were excellent. I’ve also had sciatica twice & Lisa has massaged it away. I’ve been going there for at least 5 years. Highly recommend her services.
