Day in and day out we carry the weight of responsibilities and commitments - work stress, family needs, personal obligations - and they get heavy really quickly. My job is to help you lighten the load by allowing you a safe place to relax and let go of the things you don't need,if only for a little while.
Massage should not hurt! My bodywork is slow and patient, deep where your body needs it to be deep, targeted but not painful. I'll take the time to really listen to you - not just the first visit, but every single time - then I'll listen to your body. My hands are guided by patience, intuition, and lots of feedback from you.
My goal is to share positive, healing, calming energy through bodywork. You should leave with a sense of well-being, balance, renewed body awareness. Ease of motion. Openness to life.
My favorite things? When a client leaves feeling better than he or she has in days. When the headache is gone, or that tight feeling in the pit of the stomach eases, at least for a while. I can't make your stresses disappear, but while you're on my table I can make the world go away for a little while...
