Pain management, working to stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles, releasing painful trigger points and helping the body to Release endorphins—your natural painkiller.  

 Enhancing immunity by stimulating lymph flow—the body's natural defence system. It can even Reduce post surgery adhesion and swelling.

As a LMBT, I pride myself on being able to communicate well with my clients. I like to take the time to understand what's going on, what exactly they're experiencing. and then to explain what I think we can do to alleviate the issues, both during our session and going forward. Every BODY is different. so every session needs to be built for you.

My background is in medical and therapeutic massage. I specialize in Swedish, Russian Medical- V Method, Lymphatic drainage, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Trigger point.

 Certified in Prenatal Massage with Lymphatic base.

 Certified in Gua Sha.

 Certified in Cupping.
