JOHN SPENT ENOUGH TIME TO FIND OUT JUST WHAT MY PROBLEM WAS, THEN HE SUGGESTED A SOLUTION AND BEGAN TO IMPLEMENT IT. SO FAR, THE RESULTS ARE AS EXPECTED. LOOKING FORWARD TO MYNEXT APPOINTMENT WITH HIM.
