I was drawn to massage therapy by a want to help people. I received my massage therapist's license in 2017 from Gwinnett College (previously The Medical Arts School) here in Raleigh NC,  and ever since, I have known I am on the right path. I am proficient in therapeutic massage and aiding in helping to relieve pain. I use Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Range of Motion and Applied Stretching techniques in order to address the patients needs and achieve their goals for their bodywor...

This was my first massage with Tifnie. She was delightful! Her skill was excellent and she checked in with me frequently regarding level of pressure. She was great at sensing when I wanted to talk and when I needed quiet. I will definitely be booking with her again!
