Jaime is incredible! Her myofascial release massage has been truly life-changing for me. She has a way of helping my muscles finally let go of the pain, tension, and “stickiness” they’ve been holding onto for far too long. Every session brings noticeable relief (and not just during the massage but long after), and she creates such a calming, supportive environment.
