Jaime is incredible! Her myofascial release massage has been truly life-changing for me. She has a way of helping my muscles finally let go of the pain, tension, and “stickiness” they’ve been holding onto for far too long. Every session brings noticeable relief (and not just during the massage but long after), and she creates such a calming, supportive environment. I’ve been going to Jamie for myofascial release for a while now and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. She is very knowledgeable at her craft and is happy to explain to me why she chooses particular techniques if I ask. And she always communicates with me about what to focus on for the session. Without pause I’d recommend her to anyone who asked!
