I enjoy helping people through their healing and self-care journey.  Before I became a massage therapist I worked as a physical therapy aide at SportsMedicine Hawaii, LLC; helping the patients correctly execute their exercise plan so they can receive the full benefit of their physical therapy session.  The fulfillment and joy that came with seeing patients get better and return to their daily lives was amazing.  Through the physical therapy clinic though, I was able to see how effective manual therapy (massage and assisted stretching) was for each client when it came to pain management which then affected their mood and daily living.  This is what sparked my interest in massage therapy.  


I have been in business for 5 years now (since October 2013) and continue to grow my knowledge by taking continuing education courses so I will be certified to practice different techniques.  Currently I have certifications in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and RockPods (a cupping certification through RockTape).  I enjoy taking care of each client with patience and compassion, being sure to listen to their requests and feedback during the massage.  There is not anything else I would rather do then take care of people.
