In 2015 I spent time with the Anand Foundation Hyderabad as the resident therapist doing craniosacral therapy for kids with various learning disabilities. "Ananda Foundation wishes to thank Bethany Fancher for helping children with learning difficulties through craniosacral therapy and massage therapy. We are indeed grateful to her for her selfless service and commitment to help patients." -Seetha Anand Vaidyam, Founder of Anand Foundation
In 2014, I spent time with the Leg Up Foundation, a non-profit organization in India that facilitates programs to provide positive growth and healing through horse-related activities. I lead a horse massage workshop for the girls to learn how to massage the therapy horses. A word back from them: "Thank you Bethany for a great learning experience and a chance to find out the sweet spot for each horse, and for teaching us a different way to relate to our horses. They serve us so constantly, it was great to give back to them. We are also grateful for a better awareness of our own bodies and how we carry stress and how to release it! " "She taught us about our bodies first, and our own typical tension points and then related it to horses. "
In 2010, 2011, and 2012 I spent time at an orphanage in Chandrakal, India, for HIV+ kids teaching art, yoga and self care like foot reflexology.
