Welcome to my practice! I am a Russian born American with Scandinavian roots which I cherish. 

Scandinavian Heritage Massage is all about celebrating the many benefits of classic Swedish massage as well as sharing the riches of Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and Icelandic culture in our local community.

I specialize in a relaxing therapeutic massage, bringing the best of my skill and experience to the table. 

I graduated with honors from the Universal College of Healing Arts 2014 and practiced in several states including Nebraska and South Dakota before our family moved to North Dakota in 2020.

A fun fact about me: I grew up loving to draw, make sculptures, dance, and sing. 

I feel that I create something new with every massage session. My life's calling is to promote natural ways of healing and bring people joy through the power of  massage. I believe therapeutic and caring touch is essential for personal well-being. 

In my free time I love to spend time outdoors when the weather is nice or read when it's best to stay inside. I love yoga and all kinds exercise. My husband Andrew and I have three children: Jack, Katie and Lydia.
