My love for massage started early; when I was little I used to walk on my dad's back when he was sore, and it just grew from there. I would work on my friends backs, necks, shoulders, etc. when they were achy and sore from sports or work. My first roommate worked on computers and I liked to work on their hands at the end of the day; I enjoyed that it was relaxing for both of us.

I trained to become a massage therapist at the Salon Professional Academy in Fargo, ND in 2015 and began working as a part time therapist in Breckenridge, Minnesota right after graduating. I became a North Dakota licensed massage therapist, opened Heartstone Massage LLC. in my current office in Wahpeton, ND, and began working as a full-time therapist in early 2017.
My focus is to be able to provide the relief from pain and stress that my clients need in the way that best suits them. I mainly perform therapeutic massage, the purpose of which is finding and relieving each client’s symptoms and helping them achieve their desired outcome to the best of my ability. I work on a wide range of people, young and old, for a variety of reasons including: daily wear and tear, work aches, sports and recreation strains or injuries, stress related tension, migraine or headache relief, and relaxation. Touch is a very powerful tool and I believe that massage is an important part in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
In my spare time I do a lot of crafting including: sewing, knitting, crocheting, and paper crafts. I also enjoy sitting down with a cup of tea to read or listen to a book or podcast.
