I've been practicing massage for 4 years. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again.

Years ago I read an article stating that over 60% of adults experience some kind of low back pain. It doesn't need to be that way.

I specialize in working with clients who experience pain in their necks or backs. Often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much time sitting.

I help relax tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state.

You'll be surprised how quickly we can work together to make measurable improvements and get you feeling better.

Things to do, places to go, time flying by, waking up tired, repeating the cycle. Even when you have down time, you're so keyed up it takes you a long time to let the tension go.

That's what I hear again and again. I see what this does to a body, and it isn't a good thing.
