Greetings! My name is Bonnie Finch, and I’m so excited to serve the community of Waco through Massage Therapy and Yoga.

I am a Texas native who grew up in Abilene, Texas. I graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2016 with a Nutrition Degree. After getting married in June 2017, my husband, Alec, and I moved to Waco, where we live with our precious chi-weenie, Kubo. I love traveling, walking, watching Netflix and of course doing Yoga daily. I have been to over 20 countries including India, New Zealand, and all over Europe. I love cooking and making plant-based foods. While I enjoy seeing and trying new things, I also value taking time for personal development through reading, journaling, and meditating.

I started on an alternative healing path in 2011 when I was having digestive issues. After several doctor visits, no one could really help determine what was wrong with me or how to help. Finally, I went to a homeopathic doctor, and guess what medicine she prescribed? Yoga! I was immediately hooked and began my Yoga practice. I truly believe that the path to healing lies within and that relaxation and breath is the light that guides our bodies into health and happiness.

After realizing my passion lies in healing from the inside out, I began teaching Yoga in 2015, and since then I have completed my 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training. I trained under Alpha Omega Teacher Training in Dallas, Texas, and I am a Warriors At Ease Level 2 teacher. I currently teach at Baylor University as an adjunct professor, and I offer private individual and group sessions.

Massage Therapy came into the picture when we moved to Waco and there was a local school in town. I became a Licensed Massage Therapist at ABC School of Massage in 2017, and I have been serving Waco ever since. Always a student, I view every client as my teacher, and I work diligently to help ease pain, reduce muscular tension, and lower stress through bodywork. There is an undeniable, incredible value of the therapeutic touch to soothe body, mind and spirit. I strive to create an environment that is safe and relaxing, and my goal is to have clients walk away with a feeling that healing and well-being are within their grasps.

My specialties are Yoga for trauma recovery, yin and adaptive Yoga. I take a therapeutic approach with Massage to help get you functioning again for everyday living, through targeted pain management sessions and relaxation Massage. I am passionate about what I do, from the treatment itself to the products I use. I only use non-toxic, hypoallergenic, non-animal tested products, and no greenwashing creams, oils and essential oils to ensure the highest quality treatment.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, #MT129813 and Certified Yoga Instructor, 500 RYT, WAE Level 2.

It was different than my previous massage experiences and in a good way! There were times where she stretched me during the massage, she paused at hot spots and tried to release them, she reminded me to breathe deeply, and I'd never had my face massaged before. I really enjoyed it!

Spoil yourself with an amazing massage from Bonnie! She has a unique style that you won't find at your neighborhood spa, uses just the right amount of pressure, and is one of the most pleasant humans you will ever meet! Did I mention the massage table is heated? Bonnie really did think of everything!! This plus a million other little things make this one of the best massages you will ever get.
