I have avoided massages over the years because after my favorite therapists moved, I always ended up being disappointed. After seeing Frederick today after an acute injury, I have found my new person. From what I did this time to working around remnants of prior injuries, he is amazing!

I have been to physical therapists and chiropractors to help me with my frozen mystery shoulder and arm with no results at all. After only to visits with Frederick at Hands On my range of motion has already moved to more than 50% better and pain mostly gone. I look forward to my next visit and continued improvement.

I scheduled an an appointment for my teenage athlete daughter. Fredrick was accommodating to help make an appointment that fit around her busy schedule and through the whole massage he explained everything he was doing. She was very relaxed after her massage and said it helped with soreness she was having in her back. I would highly recommend Fredrick!
