Cupping is a great alternative to deep tissue massage and helps alleviate chronic pain, inflammation, increase blood flow, relaxation and wellbeing. Velma really caters the massage to your needs. She's a gem of a human and has really helped my chronic back issues. You can tell that this is more than just a job for her, she truly cares about her patients and her community. I like more strong pressure during massages and she does not disappoint!
