Chris quickly helped me feel at ease whilst I was in a great amount of pain. The session was very enjoyable. He used different techniques. Absolutely one of the best sports therapy sessions I have been to. Chris knows what he is doing, was extremely professional and eased muscle tension I have had for months. Definitely recommend over any spa boutique, for sure!

I went in with some pretty major pain in my lower back and hips. Limited movement in bending. He worked so hard to isolate the problem areas and used many techniques to help correct those areas. Today, I can move better and have a larger range of motion and can feel the pain working its way out. I've never had a massage therapist who really tried so carefully to mitigate the issue AND make me feel comfortable. Most of the time when I leave a massage therapist, I am in so much pain from them being overly ambitious with treatment. I will definitely be back. Thank You.

Chris was HIGHLY knowledgeable of the muscle groups and how to correct ongoing issues. I had a pain in neck for almost 2 months that he completely fixed in 2 sessions. He also taught me how to correct some bad habits so that I am not hurting the way I was when I went to see him. His goal is helping people and he has been the best Massage Therapist I have met in years

Pressure was perfect. Very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had many massages through the years, and usually receive some relief. However, Chris tackled my issues and pain, and I left totally relieved and range of motion was back to normal
