I maintain a full time bodywork ( massage therapy) practice focused on everyday pain and stressors, trauma recovery, emotional regulation and orthopedic injury.
Most recently, I have expanded my professional services by incorporating my skills to serve as a catalyst for those in need of shifting emotional pain manifested from transitional phases in life like, breakups, divorce, job loss, career change, and the death of a loved one.
In addition to a massage therapy practice, I work extensively with the Massage Therapy Foundation to help advance the massage profession through research, education, and community service.
In both my practice of bodywork, and helping the Massage Therapy Foundation, I'm always trying to hone my skills by attending as many workshops, classes and conferences as my budget allows.
I see patients at my private practice inside of a chiropractic center in Escondido, CA, as well as a Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center in Vista, CA.
I love San Diego. The beach, mountains, desert and everything in between is all accessible within a 20-minute drive. If I'm not working with my patients or writing for MTF, you can find me dancing, hiking or hanging out in local coffee shops reading. When not pondering life and the human body, I enjoy performing with the Cuban Salsa dance groups EnruedaMe Mas and EscoRueda.
