I have always been intrigued by the human body, what it is capable of and how it is all interconnected.  From suffering migraines, having had multiple strokes to training for a full 140.6 Ironman event, I have a lifetime of experience and firsthand knowledge that has created a diversified therapist.  Always striving to increase my knowledge-base,  I continue to build my education by becoming certified in Massage Cupping and am to complete my HHP (Holistic Health Practitioner) Certificate in late 2018.  I am affiliated with the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals
and the American Massage Therapy Association. 
I like to give back to the community through massage at various outreaches throughout San Diego.  I share my time with various local triathlons, running and cycling events, Stand Down homeless Vets outreach, and Elizabeth Hospice.
